Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Important Note: This position is based out of Goa. An initial two months of training will be conducted in Delhi - you should be flexible to relocate for this time period. Sales and Marketing : The Sales & Marketing department helps us leverage online and offline channels to build brand and create leads for our businesses. You will be in charge of handling all the incoming leads and generate outbound leads as well to fill up the spaces in a given time frame. You will also ensure that we send out the right communication to prospective customers and are consistent with our brand positioning. About the position: 91springboard is a vibrant community where members co - work , network and grow. Our community is spread across Delhi , Gurgaon , Noida , Hyderabad , Navi Mumbai & Bangalore. As a Inside Sales Associate , you will be expected to: Handle all leads calls and customer inquiries Take a consultative approach , and not hard sell Take accountability to manage leads of all sizes Own and manage relationships with prospects To be the first point of contact for all inquiries coming in for 91springboard and be the voice of the company Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries through inbound calls from various acquisition channels Prospecting for new customers by making outbound calls (Cold and Inbound) to people who have expressed interest in our services or potential customers Work towards / maintain 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals Maintaining leads data and sales records in the CRM Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline and acquisition results on a weekly / monthly - basis Master company s services and offerings to facilitate sales efforts Owning the relationship with leads and operating under minimal supervision Execute strategy and process implemented by the manager Be ready to do anything and everything to help the sales team succeed Lead list creation and willing to make at least 80 - 100 calls per day Skills Required Ability and willingness to engage with prospects over calls and mails Confident , eloquent and well spoken Strong listening , communication and consultative selling skills Result oriented & driven Positive can - do attitude and strong work ethics Ability to use feedback in a positive way with personal accountability Eager to learn and consistently improve Prior experience in calling is mandatory Education: Doesnt matter as long as you can speak fluent English / Hindi or other Indian regional languages Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in direct sales What s in for you 91springboard simple philosophy: Work Hard & Play Harder .
