Roles and responsibilities About the Company - 91springboard is a co- working space and incubator, which provides space for organizations to collaborate and build their businesses. Space provides a plug- and- play office infrastructure where people from different backgrounds can work and interact with other entrepreneurs, freelancers, and other corporates. Here are a few facts to get you interested :) - 91s is the largest coworking space in the country with 20 Hubs across 7 cities and 4 more being set up. - We are operationally profitable and have a very comfortable financial position based on our previous funding rounds. - Weve grown 3X over the past year in the number of members (and a greater multiple in revenue) and 1.5X since the start of this financial year :) We are on track to achieve another 3x in growth by March 2019. - Our Glassdoor rating is 4 and we are passionate about creating an environment where you are empowered to do what you love best. What you will do: Technical Point of Contact: First point of contact for hub teams (local offices) to report Technology related issues. Technical infra includes Laptops and peripherals, Audio Video equipment, Raspberry pie, Physical Access control devices, printers etc. Helpdesk Support: Own and update the tickets raised in the ticketing tool. Escalate to respective internal teams or external vendors, based on the nature of issue and service contract. Asset Management: Work in maintaining the inventory, define, measure and track categories spends of technical infrastructure. Vendor Management: Benchmark cost, specifications, payment term lead time with vendors and industry to identify an area of improvement. What you will need: Strong English- written and communication skills Strong customer service focus Ability to multitask and work in a remote and independent setting with cross- functional teams Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills One or more years experience in a helpdesk support position Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, IOS and Android OS, hardware and software service/ support You are someone who has: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred Minimum 1- year relevant experience in an IT support position within a fast- paced and dynamic business environment.
