Creation of a Robust Production Plan & Schedule based on flow of Unconstrained Demand within the framework of available constrained (finite) Material and Capacity, Commitment of plan to Global supply chain, Commitment of delivery dates batch wise markets. Rough - Cut Capacity Planning for short term and long term plan including non - commercial batches, preventive maintenance other downtime batches, budgeting exercises. This enables raising timely capacity deficiency alerts, resource balancing of overloaded work centers on a short term period & in long terms this provides inputs for decision making on capital expenditures / expansion plans, allows evaluation of batch size change proposals. Scheduling for launch products and all non - commercial activities done at site (ANDA and Site transfers) in co - ordination with Project Managers & Launch Managers. To achieve desire target of schedule adherence, production volumes and meet committed delivery dates to customers by co - ordination with cross functional teams for timely execution of products till release as per schedule . Preparing MIS reports.
