About the Position Procurement Department is responsible for making all the buying decision pertaining to the Project Setups and Operational Hubs. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for procuring/ sourcing goods and services in relation to HVAC, Electrical equipment/ appliances, Civil work, Glass and Partition, acoustic, Computers and Networking equipment, Office Furniture and other miscellaneous goods/ services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.What you will do: Develop, lead and execute procurement strategiesPrepare negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal termsTrack and report key functional metrics to reduce procurement cost and improve the effectivenessHaving Value for money (VFM) approach and cost consciousnessCreation of vendor base/ master across different zones.Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentationForecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer supplier powerPerform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarkingInstitute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivityAssess, manage and mitigate purchase risksAssist in procurement process designSeek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliersEnsuring regular monitoring of Project BudgetsWork in close coordination with stakeholdersMonitor and forecast upcoming levels of demandConversant with an E bidding processVendor Performance Management Develop and train procurement team Closely work with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectivesBuild organization reputation with external stakeholders Managing and coordinating:Floating RFQs to vendorsArranging quotations from suppliersQuotation AnalysisIssuance of Purchase Orders, Tracking of the Purchase orderDetermine the quantity and timing of deliveriesYou are someone who has: Experience: Around 10 15 years experience in procurement function preferably in construction or interior management company.Educational background: BE (Civil) / supply change management/ purchasing and logisticsStrong managing capabilitiesPrior experience in construction / Interior management companyTechnical understanding of HVAC, DG sets, UPS and other electrical equipmentFamiliarity with sourcing and vendor managementInterest in market dynamics along with a business senseA knack for negotiation and networkingWorking experience of working on ERP system preferably on NetSuiteAbility to gather and analyze data and to work with figuresStrong managing capabilitiesProven working experience as Procurement ManagerWhat You Get An opportunity for you to join the team of a dynamic organization in one of the hottest sectors right now.
