The space provides plug - and - play office infrastructure where people from different backgrounds can work and collaborate with each other. About The Position This position will report into the CEO of the company and will be responsible to lead and deliver timely project strategy & execution in a fast paced business growth environment. This includes ideation , forecasting , collection of market and competitor data , estimating profitability for new projects , execution of project plans , debottlenecking issues related to projects , stakeholder management in line with business goals. Location: Panjim , Goa Responsibilities Manage various projects (assigned to the individual) linked to the C.E.O.s office. Develop Strategy Market and competitor research to identify opportunity areas (differentiated approach in brand building , product life cycle management , business effectiveness) Develop business case for new business avenues in alignment to business goals Execution of strategy with key stakeholder Push execution of decisions regarding projects Preparation of ground work for projects with key stakeholders Work with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of project plan Responsible for debottlenecking any issues for new projects Robust project tracking and ensuring 2 - way open communication throughout the organization Required Experience & Attributes: Sharp analytical , negotiation & influencing skillsNetworking and strong orientation towards customer managementAbility to handle complex and diverse business situationsHands on Experience in leading and implementing high impact projects in startup environmentEducation Minimum Qualifying Criteria: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering from a Tier I college Startup Experience Prefered ,
