Reporting to : CEO & Co-Founder This role is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base of 91s, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales performance and its contribution in the overall growth of 91s. What you will do: 1. Provide Leadership : In charge of developing targets for the Sales function, examining growth opportunities within the Coworking space, enabling improvements (both in Enterprise sales & Inside sales i.e. smaller accounts and taking responsibility for the function s performance against targets. 2. Strategy Creation & Execution : This includes implementing sales strategies, drive enhanced revenue generation for 91s and delivering an optimized market mix (large and small accounts). 3. Attracting Talent : This not only entails hiring for the sales team due to expansion in 91s but also building an employee value proposition along with Human Resources for 91s. 4. Analytics: Utilizing best in class analytics tools and undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities for the Senior Management team. Monitor and observe the brand and makes forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering 91s a competitive advantage and help in creating a brand differentiator. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Product Development to continuously improve 91s offering, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring that these are aligned to support and drive sales and conversion. 6. Building Knowledge, Relationships, and Opportunity: Managing key relationships with external partners and key accounts, conceptualizing and hosting sales events both online and offline. 7. Sales Capability: This position will also be responsible to enable sales capability with relevant stakeholders within the organization. What you will need: Proven sales leadership experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and c-level. Demonstrated experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information in the retail sector. Evidence of transforming it into actionable Sales Strategies in previous tenures. You are someone who has: 1. MBA from a tier1 college will be preferred 2. Minimum 10- 12 years relevant experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. 3. Candidates with SAAS platform sales experience will be preferred.
