The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership foreffectively solving customer issues, complaints and enquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the coreof every decision and behaviour.Responsibilities:● Assisting customers on our calls, chats and email platforms.● Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions intimely manner.● Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking ownerships.● Keep record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.● Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellentconsistent customer service.● Adhering to all company policies and procedures.Required Skills:● Graduate● Atleast 3 years of experience in customer service roles.● Excellent Communication Skills (Written and verbal).● Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.● Good typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of assistance logs.● Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.● Dependable, adaptable and focused towards common team goals.
