• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet assigned performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service guidelines.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: 20,000 35,000 CTC per annum (based on skills and experience).
