Attributes and Skills required: Analyzing business data, creating BI and predictive analytics solutions as per the requirements. Documentation of business/ data processes and repository maintenance. Act as a liaison between other teams, work on multiple and parallel projects. Write logical, comprehensive, concise reports; communicate effectively orally and in writing. Work on techno- functional assignments that may also involve writing code. Handle objections of customers tactfully. Acquire Subject matter expertise in the assigned functions and activities. Mentor and train junior team members of the team. Must have worked on analytics platform like Alteryx, R, Python. Must have experience in Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, D3. js. MS Excel (formulae, vlookup etc) , SQL and Statistics knowledge. Knowledge of Advanced Analytics algorithms like Regression, Decision Tree, ANOVA, Clustering. Good analytical skills, attention to detail and writing skills. Excellent logical reasoning, time- management and listening skills. Tech savvy, highly motivated, self- starter, team player. Ability to perform under pressure. ,
