Our Production unit is searching for a Manufacturing Technician on a full-time basis. You will be handling and overseeing the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include testing new products and prototypes for quality and functionality. Besides, you should also ensure that the finished products match industry standards and customer specifications.In addition to this, you should prepare necessary production documents and maintain an accurate record of the same. Apart from inspecting the products, you should also check the machinery and repair any minor issues.You should be able to analyze the team performance and suggest improvement measures. Also, you should conduct regular training sessions to help team members upgrade their skills. • Testing new products and prototypes for quality, functionality, and customer specifications
• Inspecting machinery and production equipment and troubleshooting minor errors
• Collecting and separating waste based on its hazardous properties
• Monitoring product process and suggesting improvements
• Preparing materials required for production
• Setting up the production equipment and assisting the Machine Operator in handling the machinery
• Maintaining a record of the production logs
• Gathering necessary production documents
• Adhering to the specified production schedule
• Conducting training sessions for team members
