Job Description

Site Supervisor oversees and coordinates construction projects, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety regulations, and project completion within budget and on time. They manage personnel, including workers and subcontractors, and maintain communication with clients, architects, and engineers.Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Supervision and Coordination:Managing and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.Safety Management:Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures, ensuring the safety of all personnel on site.Quality Control:Monitoring the quality of construction work to ensure it meets standards and building codes.Communication:Maintaining communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise on the project.Additional Responsibilities: Creating and managing work schedules. Tracking worker activities and maintaining records. Conducting weekly safety meetings and inspections. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes. Managing the sites resources, including materials and equipment. Developing and implementing site procedures.
