Job Description

    TechnicalMust have experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQMust have architected and designed IAM projects involving setting up andintegrating SailPoint with authoritative sources and target sources.Candidates having experience managing SailPoint project involvingintegrations with Workday and Peoplesoft will be preferred.Thorough understanding of IAM business processes, JML use cases in Identity& Access Management areas like Provisioning, Governance, EnterpriseDirectory Architecture, etc. using any leading identity management products.Keen interest in providing best practice solutions for overall IAM strategy.Ability to understand the organizations Information Security big picture including the Compliance Regulations, business drivers, identity and accessmanagement processes, tools, and practices and their inter dependencies; andat the same time should have attention to implementation level details.Thorough understanding of Identity Governance and Administration likeIdentity Life Cycle Management, RBAC, ABAC, Access Governance, etc.Very good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration controlsuse cases, and tools.Strong understanding of Architecture, Design, and experience withimplementation in any leading IGA products. Experience with SailPoint, Saviyntis an advantage.Hands on experience with 4-5 projects involving key activities such asArchitecture, Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various systemsand applications for various identity and access management use casesStrong experience in preparing requirements document, implementation plan.Behavioral Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stake holder expectationmanagement skillsExcellent communication (written + oral)Strong articulation and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving skillsCSP IAM COE IAM Program Manager with SailPoint experienceTCS ConfidentialWilling to travel/relocate within the geography for short to medium termconsulting engagementsSelf-driven and ability to perform in demanding environmentStrong thought leadership, envisioning and solution skills, with an ability todraw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functionalissues.Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manageown workloadStrong leadership skills with ability to lead Consultants and developofferings.Ability to work to deadlinesSNRole descriptions / Expectations from the Role1 Should be able to gather requirements, create detailed technical design and implement identity andaccess management solution using IDN/IIQ or any other leading IAM products.2 Should be able to run interactions/meetings with enterprise, application, and infrastructurearchitects independently.3 Raise CSP visibility through analyst connects and IAM solution development in collaboration with thecompetency center leads
