To learn more about Toms of Maine please visit http://www.tomsofmaine.com.Location: Goa, Goa, IndiaRelocation Assistance Offered Within Country# 72765Reports to: Manager Engineering & Projects.Role Responsibilities:Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Central Utilities in the Facility like Air compressors, Boilers, HVAC chillers, DGs, Transformer HT/LT Systems, MCC Panels, Process Water system & Fire Hydrant systemsResponsible for providing utilities like power, steam, compressed air, chilled water and purified water to the focus factories.Utilities operations Ensure compliance to current SOPs/SWISEnsure driving of AM, PM, CI & ED standards of FP&REnsure RCA (WHY-WHY Analysis, etc.,) is done for all major failures, break downs.Ensures ONE POINT LESSIONS and KAIZENs are prepared and implemented.Ensure compliance to Autonomous and PM, CBM maintenance schedulesEnsure compliance to verification process for CCP in utilitiesEnsure availability of stand-by equipment.Report any discrepancies observedCalibration Ensure critical measuring equipment in Utilities are calibrated/ verified as per the defined frequencyEnsure to document calibration/verification recordsResponsible to drive continuous improvements and automation in the focus factoryEnsure basic GMP norms are followed in the Utility area and in the electrical systemsResponsible for Driving sustainability objectives in the focus factoryResponsible for raising change control document prior to the execution of the changes that affect the quality of the products, EOHS and utility operationsResponsible for driving improvement in the electrical areas in the facility like new installation, automation and modification in existing system.Assists operations in the area of EOHS and Quality incidents closure points, electrical, LOTO issuesSupports Area Leader Facility & Projects in maintaining facility expectations in the Focus FactorySupports Site Leader - EOHS in the area of incidents action plan closure.Leads the EOHS standard of Fire Protection Equipment & Water StewardshipAre you interested in working for Colgate-Palmolive You can apply to work with us using this online application.
