Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe have urgent openings for the position of Area Manager with most of the leading life Insurance company in Direct Sales Vertical.-

  • Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
  • Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
  • Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
  • Responsible for capacity building at branch level
  • Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Must be a Graduate
  • Candidates with the age of upto 30 years should only apply for this position
  • Should have minimum 4 years and above experience in Insurance sales
  • Should have average job stability of 2 years and above
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Team Handling Experience preferred.
  • Must have min 4 years of experience into Life Insurance Sector.
  • Should be a Graduate
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of local Geographical area.
