Job Description

1. Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction
2. Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits
3. Participate in negotiations
4. Inform Managers about upcoming projects
5. Strong inter-personal and communication skills
6. Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery
7. Ability to work in a team
8. Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
9. Good in giving Presentations
10. Candidate with a 2 WHEELER & SMARTPHONE preferred.
11. LOCATION - SITE AT BOKARO TOWNSHIP.
