Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets through effective lead generation, relationship management, and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3-6 years of experience in field sales or hybrid role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of BFSI sector (insurance) with excellent communication skills in English & local language.
• Proven ability to generate leads from various sources such as cold calling, networking events etc., with high conversion rates.
