Job description
1. Planning, organizing, directing and running day-to-day activities connected with operations, maintenance and upkeep of the Plant and ensure achievement of laid down targets.
2. Optimizing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3. Administrative responsibilities of the Plant.
4. Maintain close liaison with the client and Boiler supplier.
5. Ensure strict implementation of EHS Protocols.
Responsibility
1. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.
2. Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, people management, HR and other delivery.
4. Be responsible for production output.
5. Allocate resources effectively.
6. Prepare budgets.
7. Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.
8. Communicate with employees about performance expectations.
9. Give useful feedback to employees.
10. Ensure smooth daily operations.
11. Give Daily Feedback with photographs to all concerned appointments including on PRESPL Operations WhatsApp Group
12. Adhere to companys rules and regulations.
13. Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology.
14. Maintain cordial relations with the client.
15. Ensure timely inspections and renewals of all certifications and compliances.
