• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Promote bank products such as loans and accounts.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and additional services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
• Interest in banking products and services.
• Previous experience in customer service (not mandatory).
