Chief Security OfficerPosition SummaryWe are looking for a highly disciplined and dynamic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead the end-to-end security operations. The incumbent will serve as the first line of defense for the plant, ensuring safety, vigilance, regulatory compliance, and the seamless functioning of all physical security systems.Role & responsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the plant, employees, and assets.Manage and supervise security personnel, including training, performance evaluation and discipline.Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.Collaborate with external agencies, such as local law enforcement and emergency services, to ensure effective response to security incidents.Investigate security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other breaches, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to security.Develop and manage security budgets, including procurement of security equipment and services.Provide security related training and awareness programs to the guard force.Maintaining relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and neighboring industries to enhance security of the plant.If you are actively looking for a job change and searching for new opportunities, please contact our HR Team.Our calling and WhatsApp number is 8.7.9.6.5.0.7.5.9.9 Email: hrdjobshelpconsultant at gmail dot com
