Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our airport operations team as Customer Service Executives. The role involves assisting passengers throughout their travel journey, ensuring a seamless airport experience, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
    • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
    • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, baggage policies, and airport facilities.
    • Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
    • Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.
    • Support passengers with special requirements, including senior citizens, unaccompanied minors, and differently-abled travelers.
    • Coordinate with airline, security, and ground operations teams to ensure smooth passenger flow.
    • Assist in managing delayed, canceled, or rescheduled flight situations.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the organization professionally.
    • Ensure adherence to airport safety, security, and operational guidelines.
    • Prepare and maintain service records and reports as required.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
