Job Description

This is a critical role towards development of language skills in participants in a training program for adults seeking employment and better career prospectsThe Trainer must have experience in adult education and online management of coursesKey Requirements:1. Proficiency in English Language Speaking, Writing, Comprehension, Listening, Reading2. Translating Simple to Advanced level English both spoken and written to deliver courses which can be assess for improvement3. May also be required to support international test assessment preparation for select candidates to help them improve the scoring to be able to find employment or seek admission into programs4. Create and deliver content for multiple levels of language ability5. Conduct sessions and manage learners to retain and complete courses and programs6. Manage free and paid program using learning management systems (LMS)7. Create Assessments and Quizess to demonstrate progress to users and administratorThe Candidate must be a minimum Graduate and ideally certified from a professional body on conducting English Language delivery such as British Council or similarAge, Gender, Location is not barrier and Retired Teachers can also apply
