Position: Field Officer Sales (FOS) LiabilitiesDepartment: Retail Banking Liabilities SalesInterview Mode: VirtualWorking Days: 6 Days a Week (as per Bank Policy)Working Hours: 9 Hours per DayRole OverviewWe are hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals to grow the banks liabilities portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting liability products, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving business targets through field sales and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities
• Source new customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Fixed Deposits (FDs).
• Cross-sell banking products including Life Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Cards, and other financial solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new as well as existing customers.
• Identify and reactivate dormant customer accounts to increase business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits, local promotional activities, and lead generation campaigns to expand the customer base.
• Update customer information, sales progress, and lead details in the CRM system.
• Follow all internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines while carrying out sales activities.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries are eligible to apply.

• Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital systems.
• Willingness to work in a field sales role.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and performance-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate
• Prior experience in CASA Sales, Liabilities Sales, Banking, or BFSI Sales will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of the local market and an existing customer network will be considered a plus.
