Job Description

General Manager / Sr. General Manager Execution & Coordination Industry :Construction/Infrastructure/Contractor/EPC Overall responsible for Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring, resource allocation, completion of the Project on time. Adherence to Cost effectiveness. Optimum utilization of resources. Providing technical direction, guidance to Team, mentoring Team. Roles & Job Responsibilities : Project Planning & Budgeting : - To perform a key role in complete project planning, budgeting, resource mobilization & deployment - Identification of resources required for overall project - Monitoring & controlling execution process & strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality system and safety measures - Delegation of work to team and ensure smooth functioning at site - Ensure daily progress report is submitted on time to Head Office on monthly basis - Responsible for overall budget planning and cost control - Material reconciliation & labour reconciliation statement - Verifying sub-contractors bills, suppliers bills, RA bills & timely release of payments - Tracking & minimizing expenses - Ensure optimum utilization of available resources and ensure minimum wastages at site - Control expenses and maintain cash flow Coordination : - Coordination & liaisoning with Govt. authorities for necessary approvals for pre and post project activities - Coordination with local suppliers for timely material deliveries at site - Coordination with HO teams for necessary support in terms of procurement of materials, finance, for ensuring timely payments of vendors, suppliers, fund transfer etc. - Coordination and attending meetings with clients, consultants on progress of projects, solving their queries, making required correspondence with them Execution : - Responsible for overall timely execution of project adherence to standards mentioned in tender documents - Ensure construction activities as per pre-defined scheduled - Defining roles of team members - Conducting daily meetings with team members to review progress report of the project and submit the same to Head Office on daily basis - Mentor and guide team on day to day basis for proper coordination and execution of the project - Define safety plans at site and ensure effective implementation - Monitoring & controlling daily execution of the project - Preparation of quality assurance / quality control plan for the project and ensure implementation at site - Ensure Men, Material & Machinery safety and security at site Desired Candidate Profile : - BTech. / BE In Civil Engineering from Reputed College of Engineering - Total working experience should be minimum 20 years - Should have experience of minimum 10 years in handling project independently - Should have experience in High Rise, Super High Rise Buildings, Malls, Commercial Building etc. - Should be dynamic, proactive and excellent in time management - Should have excellent written and verbal communications skillsInterested candidates can share their CV at: hidden_email & hidden_mobile (Whatsapp)
