Job Description

    Store Incharge Job DescriptionThe Store Incharge is responsible foroverseeing the daily operations of a store, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
    • Interpreting and implementing organizational policies: Adhering to company guidelines and regulations related to store operations, personnel, and resources.
    • Planning and delegating: Developing strategies for effective store operations, delegating tasks to subordinates, and monitoring progress.
    • Leadership and guidance: Providing direction and support to store staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to perform their duties efficiently.
    • Facilities and administration: Ensuring adequate facilities for consultation with subordinates, maintaining administrative systems and procedures, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Personnel management: Selecting, developing, and promoting suitable personnel to maintain an effective store organization.
    • Supply chain management: Maintaining a balance between continuous demand and intermittent supply, ensuring adequate stock levels, and negotiating with suppliers for advantageous terms.
    • Reporting: Providing regular updates to senior management, including inventory levels, perpetual inventory of consumables, and production progress.
