Job Description

    A Payroll Administrator ensures employees are paid accurately and on time. They manage payroll processing, calculate wages, handle deductions (taxes, benefits, and garnishments), and maintain compliance with local and federal labor laws. They also serve as the primary point of contact for resolving payroll-related inquiries.
    • Payroll Processing: Execute the full payroll cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for salaried and hourly employees.
    • Data Maintenance: Update and track attendance, leave balances, tax status changes, new hires, and terminations in payroll systems.
    • Compliance & Taxes: Ensure tax filings, withholdings, and statutory contributions align with prevailing government regulations and labor laws.
    • Query Resolution: Address employee questions regarding payslips, deductions, and payment delays.
    • Reporting: Generate payroll summaries, tax documents, and internal cost reports for finance and HR departments
