• Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Monitor manpower utilization and shift activities.
• Maintain product quality standards and GMP/SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain daily production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Train and guide production operators and workers.

Qualification

• 25 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• FMCG, food, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is an advantage.
