Job Description

  • Managing sales & marketing operations; implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort
  • Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
  • Driving sales in the assigned region while maintaining adherence to the budgetary & quality norms
  • Identifying new opportunities and cementing healthy relationships with key clients for continuous business
  • Defining and managing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan that includes product positioning, launch strategy&public relations
  • Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets
  • Providing ideas provided New Product Planning Team based on market requirement and getting the same approved
  • Administering products stock and closing the inventory at the end of the month as well as New Product Post Launch Audit
  • Working on feedback shared by BMs and PMTs on the market scenario
  • Delivering growth in number of prescriptions / quantity of formulations
Skills: 1. Candidate should be currently working as RBM. 2. Candidate having Exposure ofNagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik Area/ Bihar, Jharkhand. 3. Working exposure with Ortho / Rheumat / Derma Speciality. 4. Managed the sales team, developed a business plan covering sales and revenue. 5.
