The Regional Manager will be responsible for coordinating the regional operations of EI. This position involves significant responsibility and high level of target orientation. The current product portfolio of EI includes ASSET a diagnostic test, Teacher Training, and Curriculum Services, Mindspark an adaptive learning program and Detailed Assessment (DA) a futuristic assessment and a topic- wise testing tool.EI s solutions, ASSET, DA and Mindspark, currently reach over 400, 000 students every year, and create over 100 million data points that feed EI s insights, along with a deep understanding of the topic/ subject to be learnt, and other detailed studies with students and collection of large- scale data from the entire spectrum, spanning India s leading international private schools, to rural Government schools from the country s most impoverished districts.Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management, and Teachers to create and service the demand for EI offeringsInspiring, leading and coordinating with the team to evolve into partners working towards a common goal of school improvementTake EI S Products into the next stage of product growth through a penetration in schools of small cities and townsCoordinate with SBU Heads of different products and services to ensure Maximum geographical reach and coverage Desired Profile/ Skills: Excellent communication skillsMinimum 6 years of experience in Direct SalesStrong target orientation with a history of overachievement of targetsPresentable and MaturedWilling to work in the field and travel extensivelyExtensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantageEntrepreneurial streak, with a strong desire to do something different , and a liking for education,
