Post: Regional Sales Manager Pharma (2nd Line)Location: Kolkata, Bhuabneswar, Patna, Varanasi.Qualification: B.Sc./Pharm preferable or Graduation from any discipline are also applicable.Ctc : 14,00,000/- lakh other perks and benifits.Age : Upto 44yrs.Experience:Experienced RSMs and ASMs(1st line) with 4-5yrs of experience are applicable. We are seeking a highly motivated and aspiring or experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive pharmaceutical sales in West Bengal and East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales representatives. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring the overall growth of the business within the assigned territory.Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the company in the assigned geographical region.
• Responsible for the implementation of Companys Sales Strategy.
• Responsible for the Target Objectives assigned to him and Conduct the Product campaigning -Symposiums, OPD Campaign, KOL, KBL management etc through his team member.
