Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads for gold loan through field visits, references, and local market activities.
2. Convert walk-in customers and cross-sell financial products where applicable.
3. Conduct preliminary evaluation and documentation of customers for gold loan processing.
4. Coordinate with the branch team for loan valuation and disbursement.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and process compliance.
6. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
8. Report daily sales performance and market updates to the branch manager.Candidate Requirements:
