Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining Ripplehire as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) where you will be responsible for breaking into new enterprise accounts and nurturing relationships with various contacts within different levels of target customer segments. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with the marketing and sales team, identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and communicating how RippleHire can address their challenges.Key Responsibilities:- Drive Ripplehires growth by proactively prospecting, generating and advancing sales leads that will result in opportunities and closed business.- Conduct initial needs assessments to identify prospects pain points and inefficiencies, and effectively communicate how RippleHire can provide solutions.- Develop leads through inbound and outbound prospecting methods such as phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.- Follow up with calls and emails until meetings/demos are smoothly transitioned to the account executive.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in an SDR role.- Proficiency in cold calling and generating leads.- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset.- Ability to craft compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that drive conversions.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes.- Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance processes and communication workflows.- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.- Motivated by achieving and exceeding quotas.Additional Company Details:Ripplehire is an AI Talent Acquisition Performance Suite catering to Enterprise TA Teams.
