Job Description

    Role Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong full-stack development and leadership skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. As a Senior Programmer, you will be responsible for independently handling programming tasks on multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Independently develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC.- Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher.- Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports.- Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub.- Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects.- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws.- Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance.Qualification Required:- MCA or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.- Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC.- Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization.- Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub.- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering.- Understanding of data protection and compliance laws, including DPDP acts.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Company Details (if any):The companys reference is hirist.tech.,
