Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled MERN Developer to become a valuable member of our team and lead our MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack projects. As a MERN Developer, your responsibilities will include guiding a team of developers, designing scalable solutions, and overseeing projects from start to finish.Your main tasks will involve working with Node JS, MongoDB, React.js, Class Based React, and GIT. You will need to architect and create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions utilizing the MERN stack. Collaboration with various teams such as designers, product managers, and stakeholders is crucial to interpret business requirements into technical specifications.Creating and maintaining high-quality code following best practices and coding standards is an essential part of your role. You will conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices within MERN stack development is vital to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges promptly, working closely with the QA team to deliver thoroughly tested and bug-free applications. Your involvement in sprint planning, task estimation, and prioritization is key.
