Job descriptionWe have a job opening for the post of Senior Site Engineer for our township project. The Candidate shall be having experience of at least 5- 10 years. Should have experience in high rise residential projects.1. Getting work executed as per schedule and maintains the drawings.2. He should have experience in study of drawings, work execution, quality checking, testing and verification of contractors billing.3. Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed.4. Creating schedule and working as per target schedule.5. Attend to Meetings with Asst. Project Manager & Project Manager to solve technical issues and other related matters.6. Getting work executed from labour or contractors7. Coordinate the handing over of completed works to Management and completion of the necessary rectification works.8. Indenting material in advance as per site requirement9. Provide Technical Support to other site team members.10. Shall have good working knowledge in works execution in civil & building management systems.11. Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.12. Maintain all sorts of papers13. Preparing management information reports and excellent communication and management skills.
