Job Description

Responsible for business target achievement in the territory assigned by driving sale of life insurance products to NTB customers of partner bank; will have a team of 4 to 5 Area Managers. Overall team size of approx. 35 to 45. Drive partner sales team activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with Circle Heads/Cluster Heads of partner bank Lead the business review discussions with partners on a monthly basis and drive the sales process with the partner through lead generation, conversion, etc in the assigned territory. Build relationships with key stakeholders of the partner and develop opportunities for strategic ring fencing of the partner through enhanced engagement. Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities, DSR & LMS input in the team. Responsible for ensuring key business metrics productivity, persistency, branch activation, average ticket size & claim ratios. Collaborate with the regional account management team in articulating the strategy for the territory. Resolve escalated issues related to grievance handling, provide input to minimize recurrence of issues Review and ensure processes are compliant with guidelines set internally and by regulatory Build team capability through regular training interventions. Organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches in the assigned territory. Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.Required Candidate profileMasters or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets: Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market. Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potentialbusiness opportunities. Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.Work Experience:10+ experience in Insurance, from Bancassurance background. Prefer candidatescurrently managing large bank relationships.,
