About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to support our HR Operations team during a crucial transition phase. The role requires an individual with strong operational HR knowledge, excellent understanding of HR systems, and the ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle ManagementManage and support onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and offboarding procedures.Ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of all lifecycle processes.HR Operations & ComplianceExecute day-to-day HR operations while ensuring adherence to internal HR policies and statutory compliance.Manage employee records and maintain high accuracy in HR documentation.HR Systems & Data ManagementWork extensively on HR systems for data entry, HR reporting, audits, and system-driven processes.Ensure data integrity, prepare HR dashboards, and support system enhancements as needed.Employee Engagement & Support (Operational Level)Assist in executing engagement initiatives and provide support to employees on HR-related queries.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications45 years of experience in HR Operations.Strong understanding of HR processes, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on expertise in HRIS / HR systems and data management.Good communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, transitioning environment.Immediate joiner, currently in Pune preferred. .
