• Order Processing Support: Assist with entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in all stages of the initial order-to-cash process.
• Back Office Administration: Provide general administrative support for the Customer Service team, including updating records, filing documentation, and assisting with internal reports.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with logistics, supply chain planning, credit, and sales departments to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any internal issues.
• Project work: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the process:
  • Master Data Cleanup: Help with master data cleanup and maintenance for customer service, ensuring that all customer-related data is up-to-date, consistent, and accurate.
  • SharePoint Organization: Support efforts to organize and structure the teams SharePoint space, ensuring that documents and files are correctly sorted and easily accessible to the team.
  • Work Shadowing: Participate in work shadowing opportunities to gain a broader understanding of the customer service process, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree.
• You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
• You are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.
• You can communicate fluently in English.
• You are interested in developing your skills and knowledge in the supply chain.
• You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• You are available at least 20 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months).
• Possibility of employment after completion of the internship program.
• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
