You will lead a team of 9 Payroll and HR Professionals based in three locations; with responsibility for in-house payroll, time and benefit deliveries, employee life cycle processes, process optimization, and system improvements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reporting, HR compliance, and audit handling; close collaboration with the stakeholders within HR and the business would provide the possibility to build strong relations and understand the value of collaboration.Shaping the future of our HR Services set-up in Poland, supporting around 1500 employees, you will report to the Head of Payroll, EMEA based in Denmark. You will be based at our office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and work hybrid.If we caught your attention please apply submitting your cv in the English language version.Job ResponsibilitiesAt this position you will:

  • Lead the team by role modelling our company values and by focusing on employee development and well-being.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end payroll, time, and benefit deliveries.
  • Hold the overall responsibility for employee life cycle deliveries and reporting.
  • Manage HR compliance and audits.
  • Drive process standardization and optimization and continuous streamlining of transactional deliveries.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners on optimizing payroll & time systems.
  • Support the continued deployment of ServiceNow in the team and in the business.
  • Ensure the team meets our defined KPIs.
  • Ensure documentation and back-up systems are in place.
  • Manage stakeholder and communication activities.
Background & SkillsYour profile:
  • Relevant bachelors or masters degree in finance, accounting, or human resources.
  • Around 10 years experience within in-house payroll management and HR administration.
  • Proven record of process optimization, system implementations and continuous improvement.
  • Subject matter expertise in Polish labor law and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with working in an international setting.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication in people leadership.
  • Strong English language skills - in speech and in writing.
