Job Description

Software Engineer II, Chrome Web StoreLocation: Warsaw, PolandExperience Level: EarlyMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C , Java, JavaScript).
  • 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or Ccodebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Chrome Extensions.
  • Experience in Full Stack software engineering.
  • Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Kotlin, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL.

  • Improve the review tooling and add automation to the pipeline to increase coverage.
  • Build and maintain Chrome extension review pipelines and reviewer-facing services to improve user trust.
  • Work closely with other Chrome Web Store teams as well as Chrome Safe Browsing, Google Trust and safety, and Cloud Safe Browsing teams.
