Job Description

Software Engineer II, Vertex AI Search PlatformLocation: Warsaw, PolandExperience Level: EarlyMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C , Java, JavaScript).
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience implementing core Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.Responsibilities
  • Write product or system development code.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices amongst available technologies (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
  • Utilize foundational Machine Learning (ML) concepts and contribute to the implementation of solutions in one or more specialized ML areas.
