Job Description

: Technical Program Manager, Android and Business CommunicationLocation: Krakw, PolandExperience Level: MidMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data-driven program management, including independent data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience in establishing systems for continuous program improvement through metrics and analysis.
  • Experience in common technical operations and program management methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with data analysis using various scripting languages, tools, or platforms.
  • Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks.

  • Support product expansion, feature launches, and contractual obligations. Prioritize initiatives that maximize growth and efficiency at scale.
  • Develop deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions for emerging challenges.
  • Manage program tasks and dependencies from identification to completion. Define and implement governance structures for managing risks, postmortems, and escalations.
  • Craft clear communications that synthesize progress, risks, and mitigation. Work closely with partner teams to manage program changes and align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.
