    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of 6-7 AABMs, ABMs, advisors, and financial consultants to achieve sales and business targets.
    • Act as a mentor and coach to enhance team performance and retention.
    • Focus on customer and advisor retention, ensuring high-quality business and persistency.
    • Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
    • Provide on-the-field support and feedback to direct reports.
