Job Description

    Job DescriptionA food and beverage (F&B) captain is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supervising the F&B service team. They also ensure the service area is clean and well-stocked.Responsibilities
    • Customer service: Greet guests, answer questions, and address complaints
    • Menu knowledge: Understand the menu, explain dishes, and make recommendations
    • Service: Set up the service area, serve food and drinks, and present the bill
    • Inventory: Plan and control supplies, and ensure minimum waste
    • Staff management: Assign tasks, ensure staff meet standards, and lead by example
    • Cleanliness: Ensure the service area is clean and free from dust
    • Upselling: Use upselling techniques to increase revenue
