The role involves field sales, lead generation, documentation support, and coordination with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement.Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and market activities.
• Explain LAP products, eligibility, and loan terms to customers.
• Collect documents and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat/referral business.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ticket size: 1crore to 10crores Monthly disbursement should be 2crores minimum.
