Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
• SalesAcquiring new customers, nurturing relationships with sourcing partners, and implementing sales activities to achieve targets
• Customer serviceEnsuring high levels of customer service and providing all relevant information to customers during the lending cycle
• DocumentationLogging files, processing files digitally, and providing project updates to customers
• BusinessEnhancing business through market share and geography penetration, and controlling NPA and collections
• Portfolio healthEnsuring the lend to collect culture is followed up and liaising with vendors
• Customer assessmentConducting end-to-end customer assessments by visiting their business place, residence, and security proposed
• CounselingActively counseling home buyers on the potential of home loans and options available
• Network buildingBuilding a DSA network in the assigned territory and maintaining productive relationships with channel partners and customers
Preferred candidate profile
• Minimum 6 months experience in Housing Loans
• Age: Below 32 years
• Must have a bike
• Familiarity with Housing Loan sourcing and knowledge of the local market
• Acceptable qualifications: 102 with relevant experience
• Willingness to work in open market sourcing for Housing Loans
• No employment gaps in their professional career
Location : Tiruvannamalai, Thambaram, Pondicherry, Vellore, Neyveli, Ranipet, Chengalpattu, Myladuthurai, Arakonam, Kumbakonam, Trichy - Thiruverumbur Branch, Tiruvallur, Thiruvarur, Poonamallee.Looking candidates with experience in : Secured Business Loan / MLAP/ Mortgages/ Secured LAP Experience Profiles, MFI- Individual Lending, Housing LAP CTC :3.25 LPA Total working experience - At least 1 year experience in relevant field Candidate should communicate in English & Tamil fluently.
