Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Perform medical laboratory tests and procedures: This includes collecting samples, conducting analyses, and interpreting results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.2. Ensure accuracy and quality control: Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to safety protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.3. Record and report findings: Document test results accurately, maintain detailed records, and communicate findings to healthcare professionals for further evaluation.4. Assist in research and development: Collaborate with healthcare providers and researchers to develop new diagnostic methods, improve existing procedures, and advance medical knowledge.5. Stay updated on industry trends: Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of the latest advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Educational background in BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, BVSC, M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech, or MVSC.2. Strong knowledge of medical laboratory technology and procedures.3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.4. Good communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals and patients.5.
