Job Description

    As an Account Manager in the field of Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:- Serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.- Collaborating with various departments to meet client needs.- Fostering long-term client relationships.You will be expected to:- Engage with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.- Ensure timely and successful project delivery.- Provide clear communication of monthly/quarterly initiative progress to stakeholders.- Generate new business opportunities with existing clients.- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.To excel in this role, you should possess:- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role.- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- An analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- A passion for delivering outstanding client service.This full-time permanent role in Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India, offers a competitive CTC ranging from INR 3.8 Lacs to INR 4.8 Lacs.
