Job Description

    1.One should have detailed knowledge about accounting , taxation, budgeting , documentation in the field of construction.2.Assistance in preparation of different reports to management, auditors etc.3.Data base management of all the hard copies as well as soft copies.4.Co ordination between in house accounts department, management and external consultants.5. Good hands on liasoning with government department related to accounts.6.Drafting of project feasibility reports, cash flow etc.7.Good knowledge about budgeting of the real estate project.8.Should have knowledge about shares, mutual funds, port folio management etc.
