Job Description

    As the Administrative Support Team Leader at Forvis Mazars, your main responsibility is to provide professional and high-quality administrative support while also overseeing and supporting key projects for the business. You will be managing a team of 9 Administrative Support Assistants and collaborating with the Business Support Team Manager to explore opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement through technology. This role is primarily office-based.Key Responsibilities:- Arrange complex internal and external meetings, including technical requirements for virtual meetings using MS Teams.- Assist with complex travel requests and manage the travel management system.- Attend meetings as needed, ensuring accurate documentation of minutes and other meeting materials.- Support billing requests.- Maintain the SugarCRM database by conducting bulk data cleanses, adding contacts, creating intermediaries, and updating information.- Provide support to Audit teams regarding Bank Letters and oversee bank letter support management.- Handle ad-hoc support requests from the business, including project requests.- Manage the Business Administrative team to ensure high-quality work delivery.- Review, prioritize, and redistribute work as necessary.- Develop and implement business processes to enhance the teams efficiency.- Manage team resources, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and budgets.Qualifications Required:- Experience in a similar role within a professional service organization preferred.- Previous experience in people supervision/management.- Proficiency in taking minutes with strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Excellent written skills, including the ability to produce concise minutes.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- A strong team player with collaborative work and relationship management abilities.- Passion for delivering excellent client service.- Flexibility to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.- Advanced skills in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Experience with Power BI and AI tools is desirable.About Forvis Mazars:Forvis Mazars is a leading international professional services firm specializing in audit, accounting, tax, financial advisory, outsourcing, and consulting.
