Hiring for the role of Agency Manager for a leading Life Insurance Company.Location- Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Baroda, Surat, Surendra Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Jalgaon, NagpurKey responsibilities:Execution of sales target through his/her team of FA/IMResponsible for recruitment and management of Agents (FA/IM)- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective regionTrain and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum businessMeet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Required Qualifications and Experience : Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional DegreePreferred experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 yearsPreferred Nature of Industry: Insurance- Preferably from SBI Life, Kotak, Bajaj AllianzExperienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of insurance industry.(Good advisors with strong insurance background can also be referred) Fresher with good communication and selling skills and insurance knowledge is also preferred Knowledge and Skills desired : Technical/ Functional Essential: Experience in insurance sales; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Basic knowledge on Computer Operations Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well-groomed and confident
